Stay & Play - Come and have fun with your child(ren), lots of play activities and equipment provided and meet other parents and carers to chat with. Cost: £1 per child and 75p per sibling
New/Young Parents group - Meet other young parents, learn parenting techniques, make friends, go swimming, use the wii and have fun. Cost: £1 per child and 75p per sibling
Family counselling - Offer counselling on a range of family issues. Cost: Free
Rhyme time - Come join us to sing songs & read stories. Cost: £1 per child and 75p per sibling
Play Group - Pre-school activities enjoyed without parents for children over 2. Cost: £1
Citizens Advice Bureau - Advice around housing, tax credit and benefits. Cost: Free
Positive Parenting – Helpful tips & advice on caring for children e.g. behavior management, establishing routines etc. Cost: Free
EYFS Support Group – A support session held for Nursery staff & childminders regarding planning & observations. Cost: Free
Size Down – A 10 week programme aimed at losing a dress/trouser size whilst covering healthy eating, physical activity, food labels, meal planning and making changes to your lifestyle. Cost: £1.00 per session
Baby Massage – Learn simple techniques, strokes and bond with your baby. Cost: £5.00 for a 5 week course which includes free massage oil.
Baby Sign – Learn to communicate with your young ones whilst developing their self esteem. Cost: £1.00
Christmas Party -visit Santa in his grotto, party games and food. Cost £1.00 per person
